5 Steps to creative work

I have noticed that the creative work flows when you're relax and obviously the most efficient answers come to you when you least expect it,  if you're fortunate enough you won't be doing a creative job for a living chances are you'll become a clerk or serve a bot. But let's say now you've chosen a task for yourself to  create something!
Go ahead and think of something you want to create but are afraid of,  experience tells me tells me the things you are most afraid of doing gives the most rewards, and practices make you perfect.

Let's use the same principles to help you create something as a beginner!
These are some tips I follow to get the work done.

Steps!

1. Start with something you already know.

Brain is a wonderful device and the best part is that it works for you and not the other way. Your brain is like Google, it sifts through the important information and forth the relevant content. What I mean is you have to set a topic and not down the details you know about  the topic. It can be in bullet points or plain opinions. This is your first draft. Now you have something to work with.

2. Research

Chances are  you'll have some questions about the text you've written, regardless of the reason it is good to have a reference to work, this can be a book, another article or, set of habits that have helped you in past. Notice that this step is after the first draft since it will now add to your text instead of inspiring it, or getting you on a route to imitation, worse plagiarism ! Besides you'll always have something written already better than yours , take advantage of it and improve your work! That's the growth you'll see as a creative!

3. Set the mood.

Creative work needs space and peace of mind. Honestly having that everyday is a luxury. What you can do is prepare a routine to get in the flow, choose a time your most creative in the day, be morning or night. These times are preferable as the disturbance is the least.
Next follow a set of actions that gets your creative juices flowing!
For me it's,
1. Morning exercise (good blood flow)
2. Peaceful place preferably with good air circulation
3. A cup of coffee
4. And some texts or videos about the topic for good motivation.
Then I sit down and pour my heart out.

4. Be honest with your work

One thing to remember about creative work is that it's a reflection of yourself, your audience sees a part of you in all your creations.
So be honest with your work and present yourself with it.  Don't worry about others opinions as long as you are true to yourself.  Only the closest of your people know what is it you do truly, so just focus on your work.

5. Keep learning!

Work ethics, opinions, ideas and knowledge keep on changing and it is necessary for you to keep upgrading yourself as the ideas and strategies that got you here may not serve you long. That's why keep in touch with the greatest of your fields and become a mentee of people who have done similar things you want to do in future! Another way to say it is keep updating your knowledge bank and work.

Bonus:  Packaging
The way a thing is presented plays a pivotal role in its reach, apart from a creative process you also need an attractive product.
It can be in ways like, a catchy title or attractive image, probably both. Also it needs to be easy to understand and/or implement other wise it's not useful.

Side note: the best of authors write 5-6 drafts of the books before getting it published, the best of actors give a no. Of takes before the final one, so it is quite clear you might not have it in one go, so keep practicing!

Also comment down if you have some creative hacks or ethics that have helped you.

EXAMS

Exams were invented/discovered to analyse and improve the student function and to improve his ability to face the world. Exams were a tool for the teachers to evaluate the the students understand the blindspots and fill them. In ancient times the students left their homes and lived with their teachers , rishis and yogis would come to their houses and select their pupils and take them to train the as per their requirements. These trainings would consist of reading of vedas and purans, reciting the mantras and others spiritual practices. Focus was to create a well rounded individual who can face the array of difficulties and challenges life throughs at us. Students were also taught to defend themselves, cook, farm and take care of cattle and other domestic animals. Apart from that one teacher only had 2-5 students at his attention. This built a strong connection between the guru and sheeshya, many could call them a team and they were indeed. An example of individual training comes ...

The Scholar Scoundrel

Over the years of being an average student I always wondered how and what is it that the brilliant students do that sets them apart from the crowd, what magic potion they drink and what notes they make, just like so many of us I've been in the rut of asking the scholars for their notes, much to my chagrin I didn't really see any substantial differences except they were much more organized and diverse than most of the average student's. I saw some of them cramming text books, some referred foreign authors, others were after teachers for...you know why! But still I knew there is something they did differently that made the epiphany. Days past and I forgot about it, everyone does...until the next exam, then again studying late night with my friends I thought "how the hell these scholars do it!!", I mean the time me and my friends are mugging up answers and teaching each other concepts we don't fully understand, bantering over stuff we could have done, and wh...
